3ds max render to texture12/4/2023 ![]() (I am following the “Intro to Blender 3D, Environment” tutorial series) However, I can’t find a way to make the object not receive or cast shadows and not be reflective. It is supposed to be that easy, I am getting the shadow I want, but I am also getting a gray shadow from the alpha, that I don't want. Think of every sample as a rendering pass, with the light Yes, the C4D version works just like Blender Cycles, how ever I wouldn't know how to control HDR shadows in Blender either, thats my question. For this, we select in object mode the default light source. ![]() ![]() Then create two render layers, the second of which excludes all layers except the one where you just put the object. Blender object not receiving shadows Next check the object that is not showing the Real-Time shadows you are after.
